2500 m3/DAY SOUR OIL BATTERY

• Engineering, procurement and construction management services for 10% Sour Oil Battery that included inlet header, inlet separator, FWKO, treater, sour gas compression, (4) 2000bbl tanks with platform, water injection, transfer pumps, associated electrical/instrumentation, transfer pump, HP/LP Flare system, utilities and licensing with local regulatory board/commission.

2000 m3/DAY SOUR OIL BATTERY UPGRADE.

• The main components include two (2) 2000 BBL water tanks with platform, Water charge pumps, oil recycle pump, skimmer/recycle pump and associated electrical and instrumentation, 1000 BBL oil tank, Water Injection Pump with skid and building, new MCC building, FWKO and flare system consisting of HP/LP flare stack, flare knock-out drums, with associated piping and licensing with local regulatory board/commission.

• Grey Owl Eng also completed over 300 sour Oil well tie-ins and associated facilities and pipelines, totaling over 200 km of fiberglass/Steel pipelines ranging from 3" to 6", Battery upgrades, Gathering system, Tank Replacement, Water Injection projects, Elec./Inst. Design, Licensing with Sask/Manitoba regulatory boards/commission and construction management.
